Spirit Filled and Spirit Controlled
The Holy Spirit is also known as Comforter, and Helper. He guides, teaches, empowers, and sanctifies people, helping them live a righteous life, and become more like Jesus. He also gives gifts to believers so they can build up the Church in actions such as speaking, teaching, and interceding in prayer; allowing these things to bring us into remembrance, as well as to help us witness to nonbelievers.
The Holy Spirit is one of three within the Godhead, the others being God the Father and Jesus the Son. Just as 1John 5:7 from today’s verses emphasizes,
The Holy Spirit is not just a force or influence, but God Himself, co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and the Son. I ask you today to allow the Holy Spirit to take control, so He may lead and guide you into all Truth.
1 John 5:7

Galatians 5:25
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Romans 8:6
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
1 Corinthians 6:19
What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
