Spiritual Awareness

To be spiritually aware means being alert, discerning, and sensitive to the Spirit of God. This is so important for a believer because Satan is constantly trying to deceive us, and he is very good at his job. Because of this, it can be difficult sometimes to decipher if something is truly of God or not. Today’s verses remind us of such, but they also provide us with hope. When we immerse ourselves in God’s Word and surround ourselves with His presence, it becomes much easier for us to genuinely sense His Spirit. As the last days are closing in upon us, let us stay vigilant, always testing the spirits to make sure they are of God. Amen!
