Throughout Our Troubles in Life
There is a song I like very much because it is so true. It is called, “Mercy Rewrote My Life.” And, yes, it truly has. I was lost and now I am found. I went from being worldly to walking quietly before my Lord in peace, love, and holiness. I think of where I was and where I am today. I can not believe it was me. My friends that used to come and hangout at my house did not come around anymore. That was okay with me because I wasn’t like them anymore. I went from heavy metal music to Christian music. I did not have the same desires anymore, I just wanted to serve Jesus; I am so in love with Him. Some people made fun of me, even some in my own family. But no matter what, He gave me a gift of love, so their words did not hurt me. I wish they could have understood and received this same gift. About the first year that I was saved, it was truly like Heaven came down to Earth. Then tragedy struck my home, which was my husband's death. I write more about this in my book, which can be found at the My Book tab above, for any who are interested in learning more. Bad things happened but God turned them over for good. He took me and my family through it all, so I may share my victory with the other people so they know they can make it through also. Please reach out to me using the Contact Me tab above if you are struggling and need a friend in Jesus.
