What Do We Think Of Each Other?

Let us not judge other spiritual failures, let us just look at our own faults. Let us focus on love, compassion, forgiveness, humility, and understanding. We are to follow Christ Jesus’s example in His interaction with all people. No one is perfect, only Jesus; go to Him and let Him help you in all ways of life.

There is a singer who I did not care for because I felt he was very dramatic when he sang. I felt like because of this, he was constantly drawing more attention to himself, rather than trying to genuinely worship, and bring glory to the Lord through his singing. I thought, “how much of a Christian can he be acting this way?” I learned that he does love the Lord, that is just the way he praises. I had to ask Jesus for forgiveness for misjudging him, and then I thought how many people misjudge and don’t like me. Thank God for His mercy.

John 13:34-35

34-[Jesus said] “A new commandment I give unto you: that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

35-By this shall all men know that ye are My disciples, If ye have love one to another.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

1 John 4:19-21

19-We love Him, because He first loved us.

20-If a man say, “I love God”, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

21-And this commandment have we from Him: that he who loveth God loves his brother also.

Philippians 2:3-4

3-Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves.

4-Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Romans 12:10

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.
