What is Better: Salvation or Healing?

When I was a new Christian, I thought healing was better. It can seem that way, while we are living on the earth, but that will not be forever. Heaven is eternally. My heart broke when I saw people sick and I prayed for them. As I grew in the Lord, I came to understand that Heaven-salvation-is most important; it is forever. So now, I pray for both and let God’s will be done. He knows what is best for us. We will miss our loved ones, but if they have accepted Jesus, then one day we'll be joined together again, eternally.

John 3:16

Romans 10:9

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Titus 3:5

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.

John 14:2-3

2- [Jesus said] “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

3- And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

Revelation 21:4

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, not crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed.

Matthew 5:12

[Jesus said] Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad: for great is your reward in Heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Colossians 1:5

For the hope which is laid up for you in Heaven, whereof ye heard before in the Word of the truth of the gospel.
