Who is the Cross of Jesus For?
Since the fall of Adam, we are all sinners. Because of this, Jesus gave Himself as a pure sacrifice to rectify the world before God. But, only those who believe in Him and what He did, are saved. This is a critical part of salvation by faith.
He bore our sins on the cross, so we may live a new life with Him in Heaven. He gave Himself for all of us, so not even one of us has to perish in Hell. This shows how personal the cross is for each of us. For those who believe, we know He died so that we can now receive forgiveness, victory over sin, and eternal life in Heaven. God loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son.
Thank you, God! I love you, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior!
Romans 5:8

John 3:16

1 Peter 2:24
Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
Galatians 2:20

Romans 6:6
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
