Who is the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is one of three persons of the Trinity in God. He is of equal power and glory to God the Father and Jesus, the Son. He is an active presence in the world, guiding, comforting and empowering believers. He is a teacher and takes us deeper into God’s truth as we live a Christian life here on Earth. The Holy Spirit is called God, showing His divine nature. He is the spirit of truth and gives power and bears fruits in believers doing God’s will. He renews the heart of mankind and transforms the life of the believer into His image. This can sometimes be a confusing topic, so I encourage you to open your Bible, study today’s verses, and seek Him for yourself as well.

I am thankful for the gift of the Holy Spirit which Christ has given us; He has helped me many times through the years.

I love you, God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen!
