Jesus

Calling on the name of Jesus is important, powerful, and significant in our life. When we are lonely, hurt, or sad, just call on Him. At times, we do not even have words, so I just cry out to him, saying, “Jesus, help.” 

I was driving my car one day and someone went to cut me off. I cried out “Jesus!” and somehow in that very moment the driver realized that he was drifting over into my lane and went back in his own lane. Jesus is there in all aspects of our life. When we are in sorrow, He will comfort us; when we are frightened, He will bring peace. When we are in danger; He will protect us. I thank Him, for He is always there.

Acts 4:12

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Philippians 2:9-11

9-Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name:

10-That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and things in Earth, and things under the Earth; 

11-And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Romans 10:13

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

John 14:13-14

13-[Jesus said] “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14-If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.”

Colossians 3:17

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.
