Let Our Bodies Be A Living Sacrifice

We should offer ourselves wholly to God. Living each day for His glory. We should be holy, for He is holy. A living sacrifice is one that daily surrenders its own thoughts, words, actions, and desires to the Lord. Jesus gave Himself completely for us, so we should live in a way that honors Him completely. Let Him transform us from the inside out through His Holy Spirit. May we reflect His holiness, love, and grace each day.

Romans 12:1-2

1-I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2-And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19-What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20-For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Galatians 2:20

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.

Colossians 3:17

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.

1 Peter 1:15-16

15-But as He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

16-Because it is written, “Be ye holy; for I Am holy.”
